Opportunity to do PhD in Turkey

I am writing this post as I got an opportunity to do PhD in turkey. Please help me out and tell me whether its a good option to do PhD in Management from Turkey (Kocaeli University, Izmit). Will I be able to get a good job in Turkey or somewhere else after completing my PhD from Turkey.
Please help me out and reply me.

I dont know about other countries but if you plan to stay in turkey after your PhD in management, a diploma from kocaeli university in management wont get you far. I dont think you will be able to find a job in turkey with that.

Koceali University isnt respected one really. You should rather look for Istanbul University, Marmara University or those in Ankara. But even graduating from the best university cant give you the guarantee of getting the job. Everything depends on you.
