all these roads are full with restaurants. As far as rent goes it might be a good idea to drive around & check with some real-estate offices, however I believe that Suleimaniyah is the cheapest. That being said since the roads are packed with restaurants I don't believe that the project will be feasible.

I have an idea.  You open your restaurant near a large company compound where most people are expats (and don't have cars) and can WALK to your place.  It's guaranteed clientele.

I'm also thinking about one of the big hospitals.. Faisal or Fahad... where hundreds of women who can't drive are forced to take cabs if they want a quick bite to eat (well, BK and a few deliver, but it's cold by the time it gets to you).

How about offering an online ordering/delivery service? I always have trouble ordering food over the phone because of the language barrier. You should also include mac & cheese on your menu.

Well yes, that is the point of his post   He wants people to give him an idea which location is best!

This depends on the type of restaurant and food prices and which class of people he looking for

I cant open a restaurant in the south of Riyadh and prices meals is expensive.

His initial post said 'fast food.'  This generally isn't very expensive

if he open in tahliah. is price will be same in mallaz area.
