There are almost no training facilities for women in Muay Thai in Hyderabad. If you are up for some self-defense training, I train in Krav Maga on the weekends at 360 deg fitness in Banjara Hills.
See if that suits your craving for an adrenaline rush.
We train hard there, most guys and girls have some background in martial arts.
I have a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu myself.

I have never tried Krav Maga but definitely heard about it. Though Banjara Hills might be a lil far for me since I dont't really own a car.

I used to train in Shinkyokushinkai for about 3 years until I shifted to India.

Hi Nash, Im not sure if you are still around as this is an old post. But if yes could you tell me if there is any BJJ in Hyderabad? Or any MMA? Any help much appreciated
