I think it depends on the sector.

If you want to be in the  services (barman, salesman, hairdresser...) it would be difficult without speaking italian...but if you want to join a big firm in which English is spoken, there won't be problem ;).

Do you know where can i find a list of firm who hire foreigners who don't speak Italian, vut German, French and English ?
it's for an engineering in mechanical !
