Hello,

I'm Zhuo Yue of ESC Rennes School of Business. I'm currently working on my graduating project for my Master of Science on International Business Negotiation. This project is based on my internship in the French office of an American company.

The purpose of my project is to explore the subject of intra-organizational communication/negotiation between the headquarters and the overseas branch of Multi-national Corporation.

I will check that with the remote geographic location between HQ and its overseas branch, and being immersed in different cultural and business environment, whether and how would the internal communication/negotiation be effective and successful.

Please help me fill out this questionnaire:

Is nt so easy n not so hard to believe how to trust. Well u need to understand one thing, very clearly which is I m going to rite
N after dat u need to understand it n think upon it n if u don't get it

A STORY Begain 4m here, that there was a holly mother, n she visited to a village.
Next day she was going to back 2 her ASHRAM(hut).over there a little daughter expressed thar wish to go wd mother in d car.
But saying that her classes will suffer, d partents didn't take her.
As d car started n moved away, d little girl cried aloud looking 8 mother, mother mother.
As d parents was very much intersted in her studies, mother thought it would not b fair to say anything.
D car moved forward but suddenly stopped after going five km. There was more dn enough fuel. D driver checked d car but couldn't find any trouble.
Driver tried, d car was not started. After somtime, d mother who was QUIET until dn said, " d car wil start if you try to go back to d house". They obeyed mother's words n d car immediately started. There was no trouble at all.
They were amazed when they reached d house n saw the little girl who wanted to go wd mother crying aloud lying in d shrine room. When d girl saw mother, she came running to her calling aloud "mother" n embraced her tightly, crying, n crying.
Returning to d ashram wd d girl at her side, d holy mother said ", IT IS THIS DAUGHTER'S INNER STRONG FEELING ( TRUST 1st step) that caused d car to stop.
Ther is nothing which can't not happen wid a PURE N INNOCENT INNER HEART THINKING (2nd step) small children can get it easily."
