flat renting Paris suburb

Hello,
We have an apartment of 130m2 in central of St-Denis 93200 ( next to pedestrian+historical zone) it was 2 connected apartments so there're 2 seperated entrances with one side a room of 55m2, other side - 3 bedrooms,
there're 2 bathroom, 2 wc, a dressing and a full equiped kitchen.
The area is calm.
It's on the 6th and the top floor of the building with lift.
Very sunny(facing south) all year, with view of montmatre and Basilique de St Denis.
Less than 5mn to the tram, less than 10mn to the transport Metro13 and RER D.
The rental with charge is 1600 euros.
The cause of renting is expat for 3 years.

Hi

I am looking for the apartment in paris for one yearin聽 same area but I would like to take only half part.
Will it be possible to rent the half.
