USD 50 k up to USD  80 k offshore + full expat package,
The compensation is depending on the experience ,position,education and nationality.

Are you sure that isn't a very high sum? Nevertheless, let me take this as a starting point to go ahead with.

Engineer graduated in a reputable university with min 5-6 year experience will not agree for a salary less than USD 5 k / month = 60 k / year

The old guys with more than 20 year professional experience are expecting some times
more than 100 k.......

Ofcourse if the employer is a normal , international well-established company .
If you apply by some local arab or indian family company in TZ  thay will not pay you more than 3 k/month and also will not provide you a suitable expat package , probably you will have also problems with the work permit and residence visa.
