suggestions needed regarding renting condominium

Hi,

聽聽We are planning to shift to new place.So started searching for new condominiums. We have short-listed few condominiums based on the distance ( from office)after seeing so many.Currently we live in Mont Kiara everything is fine there but me and my husband somehow feel very lonely.This time we are looking for condominiums聽 with decent Indian families and kid friendly condos.Our main criteria is decent and secured condo with good number of indian families. Can someone suggest some good condo's? We have shortlisted 1) Kelana Mahkota 2) Savanna condominium 3) Kelana Sterlin 4) Shang villa ( kelana jaya) 5) Endah promanade 6) Vista komanwel

Can someone tell me which condo has indian families?

first you have to know where is your office allocated at, at least you will nt stuck in traffic congested during peak hour.as everyones of us here know hw worst is the congested in Klang valley.

secondly you have want for expat indian or local indian? high class india or medium class indian from local? everywhere might has indian tenant. but depends on local or expat indian?

thirdly you have to know how much is your budget for rent,as the apartments you mentioned above are difference rental rate.and everywhere in the klang valley. you have to specific the location,then only you narrow targeted apartment for your consideration.
