We both have uk mobile phones at present, How can we call each other on them within Romania please?

Hi,
in order for you to call each other on the U.K. mobile phones numbers while in Romania, please dial +44 in front of your mobile number.
Note that both of you will pay international calls.

Thank you. I was thinking about the problem the wrong way round. Better buy phones here I think!

Not necessarily the phones, but 5E Vdf. prepay cards will take you a long way ( 80% of people living in Bucharest have Vodafone ).
