I have a valid Dubai Driving license. I would like to know if I could drive in Libya and what are the requirements / procedures to get a libyan driving license.

Is car expensive in Libya...? What about the schools...?

You would need to get your embassy to provide an Arabic version of your driving license, can't remember the cost something like 70 LYD from the British embassy. Driving is nuts out here, if you think the Dubai - Sharjah road is bad you haven't seen anything yet . Cars vary widely in price check out -

I kindly suggest you avoid driving car here But ofcourse you ll need to drive i think you need good luck and strong nerves.
