Short term 2.5 month accommodation

Hi there,

I am a Singaporean and is traveling to Dubai mid of January 2013. I am looking for an studio apartment聽 for rental for a period of 2.5 months. I will like to seek advice from fellow Singaporean if there is any good recommendation for such accommodation.

I took one mth to settle the visa, power bill, furniture,air con, contract etc before I can move in.聽 Most of rental are not fully furnished like in China and singapore. I suggest that you stay in hotel or service apartment. If on budget, you can rent a room. Welcome to Dubai.

Best way is hotel apartment if budget is fine for you, for cheap hotel apartment check Nad al sheba area or sharjah.

Although not a Singaporean, I will venture to respond!
It will be hard to rent a studio apartment if you are not a resident in UAE.聽 You can overcome this by talking to real estate agencies and negotiate a long term deal for 2.5 months.聽 Other option is to look for hotel apartments (furnished and serviced) for a deal.
