Getting a Czech Car Driving License

Dear All,
I have recently arrived in CZ on a long term visa from India.
I have a valid Indian driving license as well as the International Driving permit which is valid for 185 days. Can anyone tell me how to get the driving license in CZ.聽 thanks.
