So, in an effort to loose the December weight, am going in for my first gym session at Panari along Mombasa road on sat afternoon, Kes 1200 per person to use the gym, steam, sauna and pool..who wants to join?

you could try abit of jogging partnering from nakumatt nyali to mombasa beach and back
