Yup -- and for sale in the Salinas area too -- check out SuperMaxi and Comissariato -- the big supermarkets.

I know this is an old thread, but this is pretty exciting. You can get organic Quinoa pasta at SuperMaxi, at least in Loja. For me, that is a big step above whole wheat pasta.
