I dont know how its gonna work out ,bcoz in my openion it will cost u a lot for coming here in search for a job,u need not to come here, u can directly apply from the portels like naukrigulf, monstergulf, gulfjobs and linked in , or you can search for the companies which are in the same area of your expertise, for example if you have prior experience in IT then u can search for IT Companies career portal, I am not saying its tough but it takes time ,

after coming here there will be a lot of expenses on taxi food and accommodation. if you already know someone then well and good. any way u need to search and book the accomodation before coming here , I suggest you to go through the dubizzle.com and search for the accomodation before coming here. its better if you can explain this to the advertiser.

Yes MBA is very fine ,, but if u have some industry experience that will be more helpfull,

My fiance has just completed B.com so planning to do some executive mba with specialisation in customer service or supply chain. But WHat about banking there? Is there any chance for Indians to get through?

banking is a booming sector here , u can find a lot of entry level jobs , u need to search on portals like gulfjobs, naukrigulf, monstergulf , & linkedin . apply the selected one randomly and wait for there response thats all I can suggest
