Day traders in Panama

Hi my name Gil retired and looking to relocate to Panama. I trade the stock mrkt to supplement my income from home. I rely on good internet connection. Just wondering how the service is in PC are there any power issues in the city and are there any retired day traders like myself in Panama.

The internet service is pretty good here and, in six months here, power outages have been rare and short. I am in PC.

HOLA - I am a trader also. The reliability of the internet depends where you are and whether or not you are willing to PAY for the reliability. quality high speed fiber optic internet is expensive but you still need the good battery backup on the complete system. Use battery backup on your modem, router and of course the computer. Power outages are very common. I have lived in the David area and am OK with the internet. Because of my battery backup - I have been pretty pleased with the data rates. Speeds will not compare with the USA - but it is OK for trading.
