I am looking for a Small room聽 with : bed, matress, fan, table, chair and unit includes: bathroom with water heater, washing machine, fridge, internet.
I prefer a condo with safe, close to Plaza Sentral, comfort - friendly housemates
My budget: 400 RM (including room rental,water and electric).
Move in: 23th March.
I'm an expat worker.

Any help would be appreciated!

Flat shared with 3 lovely european girls.
Condo has good security with an amazing rooftop pool & gym.
Only RM 1350 per month.

You are looking for a condo room in the Central with everything and for 400 RM per month... I think you can not find it even in Hochiminh City...
