I have a little bad news for you. Foreigners are generally not allowed to practice the medical arts in Indonesia aside from a few exceptions and extenuating circumstances.

The other bad news is that foreigners are not allowed to own land in Indonesia. In lieu of ownership, long term leases and rights of use (including building) are extended to foreigners.

I wish I had better news for you. Good luck with your future plans.
