Hi Alex,
Hanoi is in Spring now so weather is cool at around 20-25 degree. It is nice for visitting. Few days can appear little rain.
Sorry not tobe your tourguide because I am in Laos but there are many Expat members in Hanoi can help you.
If you need a free tourguide, I can tell my friend in Hanoi help you. She names Tran Anh Vu, phone number +84.936.102.595. She is very friend and warm.
