Considering a job with the international center

Post new topic

captainhr3

I am currently considering a job with the international center and was wondering if you could tell me a little more about it. I tried checking other sites but the reviews are all over 2 years old and mostly negative. It doesn't seem to be a scam just a poorly run company. Any info you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Update 2017
The situation has certainly not improved much, rather the opposite. Here are a few notes on what to expect for interested teachers:

The good
-freedom in your classes, no strict methodology
-good colleagues
-decent pay, arranged accommodation

The bad
-the office/admin is one big mess, nobody interested in professionalism of the institute
-long working hours (8 classes a day + all Saturdays)
-unfair treatment of the students (VIP students)
-the students don't receive materials they had paid for, the teachers have to prepare everything
-zero investment in development, marketing and office staff
-not fulfilling promises, delayed payments

Only recommended to people who don't care about what's going on around, are ready to have their classes and that's it for them. People who can tolerate unpaid bills, utilities cut off and are ready to listen to a ton of empty promises. Honestly, you'd better look elsewhere...
