Hi Elena....language is somthing you have to communicate. Chat or talk over the phone regularly. It shud help you.

Hi Elena!

I've been living in the Wellington area for 2 years now (from Canada). If you'd like to get together for a coffee sometime just let me know (lmfacoach@hotmail.com) am available most weekdays after work. Also there is an awesome group in Welli called Adventure Wellington found at meetup.com - get together for all kinds of fun things; sailing, rock climbing, drinks, etc. Given your background you may be able to use this group to organize yoga/meditation classes.
