If you hold an ecowas passport or a passport from a country in West Africa then you don't need a visa. If you don't then you will need to contact your closest embassy to apply for one. From my knowledge you can only access Sierra Leone by air but British airways, Air France, Gambia bird and Air Maroc fly to Sierra Leone.
