very low for an engineer. You can save 1500-2000 easily if food accom.  is given by company as these are the two main expenses for a bachelor. You can not spend on any other entertainment here except 50 per month on mobile, internet each. But  the salary is very low. Operators in some of the compnaies which you will be giving sevicing to are getting salary of 5k to 6 k.

Can i jump to other companies (which gives better salary) if i come now and serve for a year? the company has made visa for three months(probationary period) will extend to year later. Is it OK.

No, you can not do that.

To get a new job (means new work visa)  - you have to get NOC from your existing employer and think why they would let go such a low cost engineer? Not easy to find replacement these days.

It is always 3 months visa which will be confirmed to yearly basis after you undergo medical tests in KSA. If all tests ok you r given iqama(work+residence permit), else sent back from KSA.

After one year this visa will be extended again if i want to continue in same company right.

check your employment contract . it is between you and your employer on how and when to renew, how much notice period in case any party does not want to renew etc.
