I will be living in Puerto Vallarta for a few months from the beginning of May

Im looking to meet other ladies, aged 25-33 (approx)

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with the kind of friendship that you're looking for. However, the best I can do for you is advising you to be outgoing on your daily routine by having quick conversations with anyone you might interact with.
Try using your Hungarian background to your advantage: tell stories of your life in Hungary, or speak some Magyar if you get the chance, for example.
The best places to meet people willing to make new friends are the dance clubs and bars at Puerto Vallarta.
