Hi,
I want to repair my HTC. some spots of touch screen are dead.

from where i can repair. Is there is any HTC authorized shop in Tripoli?

No there isn't but if you live in Tripoli There is a Street Called Almadar which will they fix it there and replace the Screen with the new one.
