hi, i just got a place in rockwell for myself - which is perfect also. i found housinginteractive.com to be the most helpful in finding apartments.

for a better search online, you can check sites like sulit.com.ph

this is a sample search:

sulit.com.ph/index.php/classifieds+directory/q/eastwood+condo+for+rent

usually the agents post their numbers, so you can call them up anytime.

i also have a few agent friends you can consider calling up. if you wish to have their numbers, please feel welcomed to PM me.

I agree with sanjayh, you can easily find furnished units in Eastwood or Ortigas on the site provided by him.
