Monaco Taxes

Post new topic

Hi Guys,

I have an internet company based in Curacao (where i pay corporate tax). We dont sell any goods, just get payed for outgoing clicks to other websites. We get our income from Australia, England and USA. Our Director works from Curacao, the website is hosted in Curacao but i am the owner and live in Holland. So i pay a tax on my dividend in Holland.

I have always wanted to live in Monaco and am thinking of moving there.  What will my taxation be there? Will they put the income on a 33% tax rate because the main shareholder lives in Monaco?

I believe residence of the company is being determined by the residence of the directors, officers and main shareholders and the location of board meetings. Most of this is Curacao, except the main shareholder, which is me.

Can anyone shed some light?

You should really seek the advice of a Monaco based tax accountant such as KPMG (they are very good).

As far as I am aware, you will pay no tax if you are a resident o Monaco.
