Cost of studying and living in Iceland

I am Richard Fadiora, a Nigerian by birth. I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Nigerian public universities. I am interested in studying for an MS in Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Iceland. I would be glad to know the current cost of studying and living in Iceland for a whole academic year.

some basic cost info to consider:
1) annual registration fee: 60k isk

2) student permit requires proof of basic financial support, as stated here:

3) medical insurance for the first 6 months in Iceland (not sure how much this costs), as listed here:

4) the other living costs are listed in other threads here, such as housing (about 50-70k isk per month) and food/utilities/transportation.
