Position: ROOM RESERVATIONS AGENT

Position Summary:
Handle customer calls inquiries pertaining to room reservations and update opera as and when required, with a focus on revenue maximisation and quality.

Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 6 month work experienc in room reservations department of a hotel.
2. Fluent English is a must.
3. Opera knowledge is a must.
4. Must have a valid Iquama.

Salary: Will be discussed once the criteria is met.
Benifits: Accomodation, Food, Uniform.
