You have to know that in Martinique there is about 200 000 people in age to work and around 50 000 are looking for a job. So it is not easy to find one. There is an unformal prioriy for people of the island...
Create new jobs using recycling of plastic and aluminium cans?Use recycled alu to make frames, and recycled plastic bottles to make screens for windows? Also, grow-houses for fruits/berries that normally won't grow on the island. Should be possible to create a lot of electricity from solar panels?
Just an idea.... Martinique needs NEW ideas and jobs, not old ones.....
