Looking for job in Austria

Hi every one. I am new to this country (Austria). I have done master degree in education (Teacher Education) from an international university of Karachi-Pakistan. I have worked for several years in International NGOs in Afghanistan in different positions as mostly management. would like to know if I can find any good job here? Anyone who has been living there long and could help me on this, is appreciated very much.
