Best time to visit Malaysia

I have the following holidays this year and want to visit Malaysia at a time when the climate is much pleasant, less humidity, not much rush at malls, hotel fares are bit low. Which option out of these two would be ideal to visit. Thanks

1. 15 Aug to 5 Sept
2. 15 Nov to 5 Dec

option 1 is better, option 2 seems to be a bit risky as malaysia normally rains during this period

Thanks dear, what is the ambient temperature and humidity levels in the period do option 1. Can we call this period as pleasant, humid, hot, considering that we shall be roaming on feet a lot during this period.

Malaysia is humid all the time, throughout the year but you should not be too worry bout that, the temperature is around 20++ - 30 Celsius and nothing more than that
