Thai Au pair move to Gothenburg in September

Hi anybody,

I'm Nay from Thailand, i will au pair and study at Gothenburg in September this year my contract 1 year live there..
who can advise me for everything and how i should prepare before stay there....
I'm want to make friends there..who can be friend with me...^_^
