Need accommodation in Hai Ba Trung

I am moving to Hanoi in September and need either a room, house share or flat in teh Hai Ba Trung district. Anything up to 拢400 per month, please get in touch if you have anything? I am looking to rent for just 1 month initially but may end up staying if I like it
