I live in Ireland and will be flying to Chiang Mai in October, is it possible to take a playstation 3 with me in regular luggage?

Yes but in all likelihood you will need a current converter.聽 Husband fried his without one.聽 Check current, ohms etc. to make sure you can use it in Thailand.
