Hi i really appreciate you, you want to get uk degree and want to study in London.
1 I believe no University in UK give you 100% scholarship.
2 It also depends which course you want to choose聽 i mean bachelor or master, type of university like Queen marry university, Kings imperial, University college London, i think you have partial scholarship from your country, You can get some information from each University website.
