B & B South of Cuenca/ Yunguilla Valley

My wife and I are currently visiting and doing research for an eventual move to this wonderful country. We've been here a month and really like it. Does anyone know of any good B & B's one or two hours South of Cuenca/ Yunguilla Valley? If not, how about a short term rental near some small stores or markets? Any suggestions or tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks and God bless.
