Does anyone know if there are any yoga classes for beginners in Grand Baie/Trou aux biches area?
I'm looking for a class I could go to in the evenings after work, like around 6, 6:30 on week days...

interesting :)you should watch baba Ramdev videos the famous yoga man of india and it does helps

Hei there,

Very often in Community Centers, they give yoga courses in the evening or even early mornings during the week end. Please let me know, if you find one. I actually import Himalayan Salt Lamps, my clients are mostly people doing: reiki, yoga & meditation, if you are interested, let me know.
