Is there any Arabic learning centre in Eastern province for English speaking folks so that they can take a crash course in learning how to speak arabic (saudi dialect) ?

Will appreciate information on this.

do you have any idea about the costs? and duration of the program?

I just moved to KSA, and despite of the fact that I was living in Dubai, I actually never try to learn Arabic..
