Life and work in Norway!

Hi!
I've been many times in Norway, but for little periods.
I would like to know how is life in Norway (me, i imagine it's the best in Europe), in coexistence with the could and darkness of winter.
More, i would like to know which is the best way to find a job in Norway (i'm very good graduated at 2 university, pc skill etc..)

If someone will give me some advice, address, etc.. i'll be very very grateful!
