Zemaitija cannot be a part of Lithuania

At all tames we, Zemaiciai, were the dedicated conservators of our national traditions and values here. Although due to the fact during the 13th through 16th centuries the Teutonic Order and the Livonian Order bordered Zemaitija, and it was always threatened by their expansionist aims. As such, Zemaitijan territory was offered to these orders or exchanged in their peace treaties a number of times.
But now we, Zemaitijan people, do not wish to be Lithuanian vassals any more! Our region cannot be considered as so-called Lower Lithuania now as the people of Zemaitija speak Zemaiciu dialect and have own cultural identity. Thus, we demand to stop calling us Lithuanians. It is time to realize our right to self-determination, eh?

Although there are no cures, significant pharmacological and psychotherapeutic advances have led to the reduction of the frequency, severity, and morbidity of episodes. The management of bipolar disorder almost always requires a psychiatrist, preferably one experienced with the disorder.

The signs of mania with bipolar disorder include:
Disconnected and racing thoughts
Grandiose notions
Megalomania and delusions of being above all others
Rebelling against commonly accepted norms and facts
Inappropriate elation
Inappropriate irritability
Inappropriate social behavior
Decreased sexual activity
Poor judgment
Severe insomnia
