Hi, during a day you may take a walk to 艁azienki Park - the largest park in Warsaw; this is a nice, green place in the central part of the city. Squirrels are there so dont forget about walnuts.
As for nightlife, I recommend Mazowiecka street (also downtown), there are at least 4 clubs side by side (paparazzi, tygmont, enklawa, mono bar).
