How to get work

Dear Ma*am and Sir,
I am searching for work in Norway but I don't even know how to apply in their company.How can I get work there? do i need to learn their language first?.I've been in Norway few times.and I also going there at this month.

Hello ,
It is possible to get a job without
knowing Norwegian, and I think it's
even easier if you are a native
English speaker. I know some people
working in the printing/publishing
business who started without having
much knowledge of Norwegian. I
know people , who are working in a University
without knowing any Norwegian, and
still use English as my main working
language. So it is possible. The key
probably is to be very good at
something, or have a skill which is in
short supply.
