hi,

I am not sure if i understand your message very well as there are many places i know offering those services...i don't know where you live but the easiest way to find those shops is around the universities

Which city?
HCMC has many photocopy shops they all offer scanning, some will offer email also, but at worst they scan it for you to take to internet cafe to email yourself.

Go to Nguyen Van Cu / An Duong Vuong, Q.5. You can see so many shops with all facilities. Yes, they will allow use their computer.

Wow, technology is wonderful!聽 I found some free apps for my tablet. I can now scan on my own!聽 I just got used to reading books with a kindle app... I am amazed.
