Looking for dependable bag manufacturer in India

Hi All, I'm looking for an ethical, dependable, cooperative and highly experienced bag manufacturer in India. I will be producing backpacks, messengers, laptop, ipad and phone cases. I'm open to almost any region in India, but would prefer Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai or Kolkata.

Our bags utilize cottons and other textiles as well as artificial leather. Please let me know if anybody has any recommendations.
