Are there expat compounds provided by employers in Dubai similar to those in KSA? If so, where can I find more info about them? If not, any recommendations about safe, clean, nice housing near the Dubai Medical Center?

Culturally KSA and Dubai are far different.聽 In KSA there is a necessity for 'expat compounds' due to various reasons.聽 No such need in Dubai, it is a much freer atmosphere and society.聽 Expats are spread all over the place, though there is a tendency to lean towards a bit upscale housing areas.
