Greetings,
I have posted in the classified section.聽 Thought I would here to.聽 I work in Quang Ngai, tried to find an apartment there but not many landlords wanting to deal with the paperwork. So I have decided to find a place in Da Nang and just hotel during the week in Quang Ngai.聽 Anyone know of places available and best areas to live?聽 Thanks...

Please state your need of department that I can help you. How many bedroom? range of prices you can afford? area? etc.

I am Danang citizen and often work with expats in Danang in some projects here.

I will connect you with the landlord and help with some paperwork if you need.

Hi Ron,

I phoned the landlord this morning to ask about the apartment for you.

They currently have houses and apartments for rent for foreigners in An Thuong area, near the beach of Danang.

There is a house for rent which is around 300usd, 2 floors, 2 bedrooms with furnished facility (kitchen, air conditioner...).

They also have apartments for rent. The apartment with 2 bedrooms is 400usd. The one with 1 bedroom is around 250-300usd.

How many people will stay in the apartment? When you want to see the apartment?

Found a wonderful 1 bedroom apartment!聽 It is brand new, ground floor, near the beach.聽 Great deal, payed 1 month deposit and $270 per month.聽 Could have done bigger and cheaper but location was important to me.聽 Wanted a place to relax on the weekends.
