Hi all, me and the wife are lloking to purchase approx 6 to 8 acres of land to set up a small caravan park with some tippees and yurts on it aswell.
We would also like to possibly construct a small viking settlement on the land including a round house and long house for use with schools and festivals etc

We have just returned from portugal and find that its the best country to suit our needs

Any help or advice would be welcomed, we have approx 15k euros for the flat land

We are more interested in the regulations of portugal as we guess the land will have nothing on it as yet and we will need to source electric ( poss solar ) water bore hole etc

Thanks for taking the time to read this
Pete

PS it seems that lots of people are reading the above message, but no ones contacting to say hello or we can help etc etc????

Christine

Hi handpan,

Welcome to ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ! :)

Thank you for this introduction.

Concerning the land, i would suggest you to post an ad in the Land for sale in Portugal section. It might help you to find one. :)

Hope other members will be able to provide you more information.

Thank you,
All the best,
Christine

Hey there

Welcome and good luck with your venture.

Where abouts in Portugal are you looking?  We are a moving back out to Portugal this week after being back in the UK for 12 months we missed Portugal alot.

We have a property in the North of Portugal near Viana Do Castelo.  We are from Leeds originally.

Northern Portugal is stunning and although we get more rain than the Algarve we have lush landscapes and hot summers.

Beautiful people too.

Good luck and do get in touch if your visiting the North.
