American with felony conviction

Hello All,

Hope someone can tell me if it's possible to still live in Thailand an/or Cambodia if one has a felony conviction from over ten years ago.聽 It was a federal conviction from 2001.聽 Thanks for any help.

Previous convictions are only checked under certain circumstances which relate to visa applications and work permits.

Should not stop you arriving on Visa exempt, tourist visa or indeed a Non Immigrant O visa.

That's for Thailand by the way can't advise on Cambodia.
