Here is a place where you can meet Syrian people : Centre culturel arabe () through their cultural activities like classes (arabic, music,...) and concerts of classical arabic music. Teachers of arabic language where Syrians by the time I attended the courses there and the organisers certainly know a lot of Syrian people. I also know a Syrian family here, I can put you in touch if you want. Take a look on my profile, you'll find how to contact me out of the forum.
